What interests me most are the authentic lived stories of transformation. The stories that reveal something true, that don't ask you to believe anything, but allow you to witness and know how a transformation unfolded in real time. The Nourishment of Story A genuine story carries more than information. It carries experience, wisdom, meaning and a transmission of something that was lived and discovered and overcome. Many of the people I've worked with think no one wants to hear their story. Yet even the most ordinary moments can become deeply nourishing when shared authentically. When a story is told from a place of presence, it becomes something others can recognize in themselves which is a feast for the essence of who we are.
