You will take away simple, accessible ways to move throughtout the day, whether through small movements like stretching and tapping or bigger…","meta_description":"Have you ever been told, \"sit still,\" or \"can't you just stop moving?\" And you think, \"my body needs to move!\" If so, you are not alone and I have good ne…","key_points":[],"chapters":[],"topics":[],"duration_seconds":492,"processing_state":"not_requested","actions":[{"name":"request_transcript","method":"POST","url":"https://stenobird.com/v1/public/podcasts/journey-with-me-through-adhd-a-podcast-for-kids-1367421/episodes/your-brain-loves-to-move-regulation-through-movement-series/transcription-requests","description":"Idempotently request low-priority transcript generation for this episode."},{"name":"read_markdown","method":"GET","url":"https://stenobird.com/podcast/journey-with-me-through-adhd-a-podcast-for-kids-1367421/your-brain-loves-to-move-regulation-through-movement-series.md","description":"Read the agent-friendly Markdown representation of this episode resource."}]}}
