A certified WSET Level 3 professional, Darya is also Vice President of the Kazakhstan Sommelier Association in Astana, where she works closely with young professionals to foster and develop wine culture in the city. The project began when Giulia Monteleone, together with her father Enrico and partner Benedetto Alessandro, discovered an old vineyard near the Alcantara River, at the foot of the volcano.
