For 15 consecutive years, Sabadì has been awarded the \"Tavoletta d’Oro\" for \"Best Modica Chocolate.\" In 2018, he opened the world’s first chocolate aging cellar, where cocoa naturally absorbs notes of tobacco, tea, spices, or resins. Available in over 30 countries and top luxury department stores, Sabadì has boutiques in Modica, Syracuse, Noto, and Paris.
