After years of support from the Australian DIY music scene, playing and touring in the Jack R.Reily band and working on her first single with Cry Club's Jonathon Tooke, Emily has been inspired to start a fresh, independent project, inspired by home and connection. \"I wanted this release to capture what it feels like to grow up in your 20's, to reflect on those everyday moments where you're reminded that you have to practice at being yourself, reconcile parts of you that don't always fit, and land wherever makes sense.
