Before PadSplit, Atticus spent more than a decade as an affordable housing developer and contractor, starting with $10,000 in savings and building to over $100 million in real estate assets. He's presented at MIT, Yale, UC Berkeley, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, and Inc. Magazine. He graduated from Yale with a degree in architecture and lives in Decatur, Georgia, with his wife, four boys, two dogs, and a lot of chickens.
