She also claims, citing Fishburn, that Michele told him Nick consented to leaving the money in the trust. Nick's lawyers answer that the distribution vested in 2023, that $325,017 came from Carl Reiner, and that the Supreme Court bars freezing untainted money a defendant needs for counsel.
