But during ED, I just didn't trust myself around it. This day however, I got so tired of my usual ED pattern that I assigned myself a task: walk in, choose a jar, take it home, and make something with it. That one decision changed everything. You are one decision away from a completely different life. And it starts with giving yourself permission.
