Something she literally coined on this trip:“health anxiety.” That feeling of trying to do everything “perfect” for your health…and actually stressing yourself out more in the process. She breaks it down in such a relatable way, and you’ll probably see yourself in it too. She also talks about going back to the basics...light movement, stretching, staying consistent without overdoing it...oh, and a surprise twist…she’s officially into black coffee now and she got the chance to watch some TV!
