Raley said this misunderstanding often leads to unnecessary delays for both government teams and industry partners. To accelerate software delivery, Raley highlighted the Marine Corps' Operation StormBreaker initiative, which leverages modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
