We also spent time drilling into citizenship terminology, due process, notice, identification requirements, jury duty, voter versus elector status, right-to-travel strategy, and how affidavits may be used proactively before disputes ever reach a courtroom. Along the way, the roundtable touched on Brown v. Board of Education, the Slaughter-House Cases, the Federal Register, Rule of Law Radio, Anna von Reitz, HISAdvocates, and the Supreme Court’s Cougar Den decision involving treaty-based travel rights. The central takeaway was simple: learn the material thoroughly, make it your own, and use documented notice and unrebutted affidavits as offensive tools rather than waiting to fight from the bottom up after jurisdiction has already been presumed.
