Parking Consulate 1 oz Congac/Brandy 1 oz Aged Rum 1 oz Lime Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup (or less if you prefer) 2-4 oz club soda Combine Congac, rum, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker without ice and shake to combine (or just stir them together in the serving glass). Add mixture to a highball glass with ice and top with the club soda. Basil Gimlet 2 oz Gin (floral) 3/4 oz Lime Juice 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse (or Luxardo Del Santo) 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 3-5 Basil leaves Gently muddle basil and syrup before adding remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice.
