Anna has a one-minute mayo recipe that you can find on her Substack: Eat Happy Kitchen One-Minute Mayo The UC Davis study found that 48 of the 54 avocado oil labeled products were adulterated with cheaper oils. A large percentage were either rancid and/or adulterated with other oils. (44:00) Not all manufacturers may have known they were receiving adulterated oils.
