They archived 150 videos and applied for monetization, denied. Archived 500 videos, reapplied, denied again. The reasons they were given: smoking on camera, breaking down flower on camera, and pointing people toward where to buy. When they asked whether federal legalization would change it, the answer was essentially no. Meanwhile CNBC runs cannabis coverage fully monetized.
