Who knew. The Body Scan — that lightning-fast, brutal inventory we all do the second we see a photo of ourselves. Fourteen years behind the camera and Kinzie still isn't immune. Libby offers a reframe worth sitting with: your first thought about a photo isn't the real you — it's instinct. It's the second thought, the one you have to work for, that actually tells the truth.
