She has lived in Rio, New York, Paris, and Lisbon, among other places, and remains an endless traveler. A former coach, a self-taught writer, and the author of three books, she draws from a life shaped by movement, curiosity, and a deep fascination with human nature. Nicole is direct, instinctive, and unapologetically honest, someone who would rather ask difficult questions than offer easy answers.
