Other symptoms can include Fever Chills Swollen lymph nodes Exhaustion Muscle aches and backache Headache Respiratory symptoms (e.g. sore throat, nasal congestion, or cough) You may experience all or only a few symptoms Sometimes, people have flu-like symptoms before the rash.
