Within minutes, firefighters arrived to find the house fully engulfed. Once the fire was extinguished, a body was discovered inside the burned remains of the home. That victim was later identified as Bill Wood. An autopsy revealed he had been murdered. Bill’s wife, Kay Wood, was not found at the scene and has never been located. More than a decade later, her disappearance - and Bill’s murder - remain unsolved, and detectives are still searching for the person, or people, responsible.
