Ignoring the laws by dumping a new law, regulation, or the lik, is not Constitutional. People use the phrase, “unconstitutional,” constantly. I will not pretend to be a Constitutional scholar, nor am I a lawyer (thank the Lord). I do know, however that our Founding Fathers wanted our Constitution to be “uncomplicated.” Again, however, America (at least in Congress and our state legislatures) has too many “attorneys”… lawyers. It is THEY who complicate our governing.
