It does not describe how intelligence actually works in civilization.The frontier is not a synthetic person.The frontier is the design of high-performing cognitive ecologies: systems in which humans, AI, tools, representations, institutions, and environments generate better judgment, discovery, learning, governance, and adaptation than any individual mind or stand-alone model.
