Alongside results it also took a ~$1.6B brand impairment and guided FY2027 below the Street (adjusted EPS $1.40-$1.50 vs ~$1.70; organic sales -1% to -3%). But the cut isn't distress — it frees cash to reinvest (+$125M capex, +$40M brand) and pay down debt toward 3.0x, and a ~12% free-cash-flow yield says a lot of bad news was already priced in. The new ~4.8% dividend is now well-covered. Our owner-earnings work lands near $15 (just above the $14.48 price) whether the business slowly declines or merely stabilizes.
