Listeners are guided through an astro-mindfulness exercise focused on the Decan of Capricorn I, beginning with mindful breathing, engaging a Mindful Anchor and visualisation. It will include reflective questions inspired by the rulers of Capricorn, Saturn and Mars and the rulers of the decan, Jupiter and Saturn. The session encourages participants to explore their inner thoughts, sensory feedback and emotions while gaining perspective and clarity through a visualisation of a shared winter garden. The meditator encounters a walled garden needing some care, a rosemary guide, an apple tree, the tools to help and a startled dormouse along the way. The meditator is encouraged to identify how they are laying foundations in their own lives, and where they can take focused action. The exercise concludes with a gentle return to awareness, integrating insights gained during the meditation.
