To add insult to injury her beloved cat of 18 years died, and then she was injured in a car accident. All of this led to Deborah taking her life back and charting a new course for herself. A little bit about Deborah: Deborah Sabalusky shares about the gift of self-discovery she's experienced while simultaneously healing through the grief of losing a beloved pet, divorce while raising a young child, and processing the pains and dreams of childhood through motherhood. Mind/body practices like meditation, breath work and yoga helped her reconnect with her authentic child-like self, to find true love within herself, with life, and in relationship with a partner she met by following her calling. Deborah launched SOLful Living to offer guided meditations after receiving a calling to lead meditations. Deborah hopes that by sharing her story and unique approach to meditation with continuous grounding cues, other women will find comfort in reconnecting with their body and soul, discover safety and security within, and lead a vibrant, fulfilling life.
