But the requirements are too strict and could drive away investors, according to the developers behind a massive campus that’s currently under construction in Port Washington. State regulators have refused to loosen the rules and, with a new lawsuit from tech giant Oracle, a court battle is likely. But consumer advocacy group the Citizens Utility Board (CUB) argued in a filing yesterday that the case should be dismissed.
