They also question how much advice we can — or should — give fellow Nannies when we see their work-life balance slipping, and why so many of us place such high expectations on ourselves.  The episode highlights the vital role of support networks and ends with a reminder that Nannies need to show themselves more kindness and learn how to let go of the pressure they carry.
