She established the Sustainable Production Forum, now a nonprofit event aimed at enhancing knowledge sharing, and helped develop SPEC, the Sustainable Production for Entertainment Certification. Zena collaborates with major studios to implement sustainable practices and actively engages with industry alliances to drive change.
