In this segment, I open with a story out of The Daily Caller , that sent me into a rage. It turns out We the People can’t have the SAVE Act passed because of some egotistical members of the GOP in the Senate who are playing petty personality games with the President. Nothing more. It should piss everyone off beyond measure. I discuss this in depth in a featured article, “ Thune Exposes Republican Sabotage of the SAVE America Act .” Then Kyle and I talk about the heaping pile of crap on Chicago’s Southside that was dedicated this week: the Obama Presidential Library. We turn quickly to politics and ideology before ending with some comments on the passing of the band Chicago’s founding influence: Walter Parazaider. We take these topics in-depth in The Corner of the Bar segment. I finish up by talking about our upcoming 250th anniversary of the Founding of our Republic. When you are talking to people who are on the fence, put it to them this way, because it’s true: Elections are not about voting for the best candidate , the candidate that promises you the moon and the stars and then shoves the tax bill up your ass when April 15th comes around. Elections are about keeping the worse candidates from the seats of power . No single politician is the remedy for the Marxism that has crept into American culture. We must elect a full complement of people who have fidelity to the Constitution and their constituents over fidelity to their political party. Remember to like, share, and subscribe.
