Marcella is a therapist, author and presenter who has devoted her career to embodiment, trauma healing and eating disorder recovery. Leah is a Leah Dawang, SEP is a Relationship Restoration Guide, offering a consilient approach to clearing the way for Love to couples and individuals so that they may connect with themselves, others, Nature and Spirit. Our discussion explores how clinicians can combine somatics, sound healing and IFS help clients deepen access to healing pathways. Marcella Cox, LMFT is a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist, an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant, and is a Somatic IFS Assistant Trainer for Susan McConnell, developer of Somatic IFS. She leads Somatic IFS and IFS for disordered eating workshops, trainings, retreats, and groups for professionals. She is committed to creating an inclusive, and empowering learning environment where participants can explore the transformative potential of IFS and Somatic IFS. Marcella is also founder and executive director of Kindful Body, providing online therapy and nutrition counseling for eating and body issues in California, as well as co-founder of the IFS Consultation Collective providing weekly consultation with IFS lead trainers. Leah Dawang, SEP engages a tapestry of healing woven from the Safe and Sound Protocol, Relational Life Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and interpersonal neurobiology.
