Tammy holds a B.A. from Middlebury College, and a master’s and doctorate from The University of Vermont. Prior to her ADR career she was a college vice president and dean. In 2012 the Association for Conflict Resolution recognized Tammy with the Mary Parker Follett award for innovative and pioneering work in the field.
