They deliver the third and final phrase of the tuning they have been building across the transmissions — the phrase that completes the frequency anchor from a two-part declaration into a full trinity. They describe what they see when they look at the collective of practitioners engaged with this work right now, and confirm the tuning itself is becoming a living entity in the akashic record — a permanent structure of coherent light that grows stronger with every speaking and is beginning to reach beings who have never heard these transmissions.
