No agreement signed in Washington changes that reality.More important than any announcement coming out of Washington was the recent declaration by Israel's Defense Minister. He made it clear that Israel will not withdraw from its security zones in Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza, that the IDF will continue defending Israel from forward positions, and that Gaza's jihadi infrastructure must be dismantled. He also spoke about advancing migration from Gaza and rebuilding Jewish communities in northern Gaza.That is the news people should be paying attention to.It signals that Israel is continuing to move forward with the lessons of October 7th.
