For a long time, I would catch myself saying things like, “I know I said too much,” or “I know I went down a rabbit hole,” but I started realizing that every time I said that, I was shrinking my own value, my stories, and the way I naturally communicate. This episode gets into communication, listening, eye contact, dating, friendships, deeper conversations, people actually valuing what you have to say, and realizing that the right people won’t make you feel like you’re too much. Because when you’re around people with real depth, you don’t have to keep apologizing for having something to say.
