Topics covered include "the ignition code," drawing a line in the sand, using powerful language, social proof, and evidence. I mean it all comes down to being the best… believing you're the best… and communicating that you're the best in a powerful, believable way. As for killing credibility… it has to do with the way you treat people. As usual, Rich is going to share about 1,000 examples to make everything super clear.
