And Kohberger looked at all of it and said guilty. Five times. Meanwhile, Kohberger’s own attorneys have publicly disavowed Turvey, calling his media tour a confidentiality violation and saying they are “appalled.” The author acknowledges there is no smoking gun. Multiple Idaho prosecutors and defense attorneys have disputed the chain of custody claims on the record. The genetic genealogy story the book frames as a conspiracy is actually standard forensic methodology. And three years of investigation never produced a single piece of evidence supporting a second attacker. This is not an investigation.
