A hundred ninety-four dollars a day, for six hundred nineteen days, just to hold him. Put the whole eight million in human terms and it's about seventy kids through four years at the same university those students attended. The families of the four who were killed are raising that money the hard way, one donation at a time, in their children's names. The system spent millions and won't show the receipt.
