This week is one of those weeks where this show allows me the chance to unload a bit. I’ve been feeling a little “put off” by the lack of care that has been put into too many beers these days, and over a pint of Tsingtao – very NOT local – I’m going to let loose. We’ll drink a little rum first, and then we’ll dive into it all.
