Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch remained on the market for roughly two years and underwent multiple price reductions before a buyer was finally found. Altogether, Epstein’s estate was forced to reduce the advertised price by nearly $10 million as the ranch continued to sit unsold. The repeated reductions reflected the difficulty of selling a remote, highly specialized compound permanently associated with Epstein and allegations of sexual abuse. Zorro Ranch was eventually sold in 2023 to a newly registered company for an undisclosed amount, with Epstein’s estate saying the proceeds would be used to cover estate expenses and pay creditors.
