Do they have hospital privileges to do what they are doing? Once again, this is about your health and even your life in a potential medical emergency. Dr. Roth goes onto talking about taking medical photos and that you’re not legally allowed to alter medical photos of plastic surgical procedures, i.e.: before and after pictures. Especially in a world of digital photography.
