It can write faster, summarize faster, research faster, and automate work that previously took hours. That view is not wrong. But for CEOs, it is too small. The bigger question is not only how AI can save time. The bigger question is how AI can change the quality of strategic thinking. The role of the CEO is already changing. Leaders are expected to understand markets faster, read uncertainty earlier, and create direction while everything around them keeps moving. In that environment, AI becomes more than a tool.
