Sarah opens up about  high-functioning grief ,  prejudice after loss , and finding ways to keep showing up , even when life feels impossibly heavy. We also explore  the awakening power of perimenopause , the re-emergence of intuitive connection, and her mission to help others be visible through  The Global Visibility Club . This is a conversation about resilience, honesty, and what it really means to keep bringing in the light , even through the darkest chapters.
