## Resource

Being open and transparent about my process is part of my DNA, so I want to bring you behind the mic and share some of the decisions that shape the tone and personality of this podcast. Small things about the show have changed throughout the first 25 episodes, but my intentions and the purpose of these interviews have stayed the same.
