She's now a senior Finance Director at a multinational infrastructure and transport consultancy, leading a team of 25 and championing authentic inclusion from the inside. Bobby Lambkin-Williams &nbsp;(he/him, G) began his working life as a kitchen porter at a Japanese restaurant in London — a Selling Out! exclusive he'd never told anyone before. He went on to study Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics at the University of Sussex before finding his way into finance and ultimately merging his two great loves — numbers and music — as founder of&nbsp; Atomic Canyon , an accountancy practice specialising in the music industry. Two people who navigated some of the most traditionally straight environments in British business. Two people who found their way to their most authentic selves anyway. This episode covers everything from the burden of assumption and coming out at work, to the privilege of presentation, the DEI backlash, and why queerness might just be the ultimate business superpower.
