Think of it like a movie logline: “A shark terrorizes a beach town.” → Jaws “A lawyer can’t lie for 24 hours.” → Liar Liar If your answer sounds like “me and my buddy talking about stuff and stuff,” you have a clarity problem. 2. Your Name & Description Should Create Contrast If your show is called something generic like “Thinking Outside the Box,” you’re competing with dozens of identical names. Simple test: say your show’s name to someone and ask, “What do you think it’s about?” If their answer doesn’t match your actual content, your name isn’t doing its job.
