In this episode, I sit down with Joy from Georgia, who has experienced a lifetime of unexplained encounters that began when she was just 8 years old in 1973. Her first encounter took place inside her own home, when she came face to face with a creature staring at her through her bedroom window. She describes it as having a wrinkled face, brown eyes, a flat nose, and hair around its face, something she says looked both human and gorilla-like. From that moment forward, the activity never stopped. Growing up, her family referred to these beings as “The Booger Man,” a name commonly used in parts of the South. Locals didn’t openly talk about these experiences due to fear of ridicule, but the warnings were always there to be home before dark.
