But when life demands action, when obedience costs something, or when someone needs help right in front of us, belief is tested. Words are easy. Action requires trust. In James 2:14–26, we are confronted with a faith that moves. James points to Abraham and Rahab as examples of trust expressed through obedience. Their lives show that genuine faith responds to God and serves others. Faith and works belong together as evidence of a living relationship with Christ. Consider what it means for our faith to be active in daily life, shaped by obedience, compassion, and courage.Recorded Sunday, February 15th, 2026Message by Pastor Tim WardScripture: James 2:14-26 ## Actions - request_transcript: `POST https://stenobird.com/v1/public/podcasts/richland-center-free-methodist-church-6605697/episodes/developing-a-dynamic-faith/transcription-requests` — Idempotently request low-priority transcript generation for this episode. - read_markdown: `GET https://stenobird.com/podcast/richland-center-free-methodist-church-6605697/developing-a-dynamic-faith.md` — Read the agent-friendly Markdown representation of this episode resource.
