You can almost hear the gears turning in Clint Eastwood’s mind watching 2009’s Invictus–hoping to goad Obama towards symbolic reconciliation rather than expropriative redistribution. We look at Obama’s initial posturing and discuss whether or not he was doing the Mandela affect.
