Win Without War’s Know-Your-Rights billboard campaign After Trump’s alarming remarks about using our cities as “training grounds for our military,” Win Without War is expanding its Know Your Rights billboard campaign in cities across the country. In a recent speech to top commanders, Trump claimed they have a “major part” to play in a so-called “war from within” to control American cities — a chilling statement that echoes the tactics of dictators. That’s why Win Without War is stepping up to remind service members that they have the right and the responsibility to refuse unethical or illegal orders. Trump’s violent brand of authoritarianism and mass deportation is not what they signed up for. Weaponizing the troops against the people they’re sworn to protect won’t make our communities any safer. Attacking Americans on U.S. soil is wrong and a waste of resources needed to protect our nation from other threats.
