Australia has just approved a second amyloid-targeting therapy for patients with incipient Alzheimer’s dementia. Lecanemab (Leqembi) now joins donanemab (Kisunla) on the Australian Registry of Therapeutic Goods but the impact of both has been modest in Phase III trials to date.
