Afgelopen weken sprak NRC uitgebreid met Joodse Nederlanders over hoe het is om nu Joods te zijn in Nederland. Sinds 7 oktober 2023 ligt het aantal meldingen van antisemitisme namelijk structureel hoger dan daarvoor. En in het voorjaar van 2026 werd de gemeenschap opgeschrikt door gerichte aanvallen, waarna Joodse instellingen nog strenger worden beveiligd. Hoe ervaren Joodse Nederlanders dit? Wat maken zij mee?
