A friendly narwhal leads Nathan and Peanut Butter Jim down into Lake Alele, where a magical Ukulele Festival is about to begin. Lake creature musicians from all over gather beneath the water to play music together and celebrate the joyful sound of the ukulele. When the festival host, a mermaid named Isabel, welcomes them and invites Nathan to join the music, a swirling jellyfish storm suddenly arrives, putting a damper on the celebration.
